How does it work?
CLARITY
INITIAL CONSULTATION:
We set up an initial interview with you to understand what results you are looking to get out of our time together, and to gain the initial context needed for our own strategery.
EVALUATION:
We preview certain aspects of your business—tools, systems, data and/or workflow. We may interview folks in your organization to gain additional insights.

EXPECTATIONS
PROPOSAL:
From there, we propose a scope of work and timeline that is tailored to your specific need for positive change.
ALIGNMENT:
Based on your response to the desired working relationship, we draw up a simple contract and discuss logistics.

RESULTS
IMPLEMENTATION:
Then, it’s simply time to get to work! We work in close collaboration with you and others at times. There is behind the scenes creating that also happens, followed by integration.
UPDATES:
We like to meet with clients fairly frequently to ensure the quality of our work product. You can also expect to receive regular updates from us, so you will always know what’s up!
